This is the marketplace for the Winter 2009-2010 Ozark Farm to Chef program.
Chefs: Please be mindful of the following time line. Create an account and read the information under “Q’s and A’s.”
Time line for Fayetteville Restaurant Week 2010:
Farmers are responsible for listing their products before Sunday, 2/14
Chefs must place their orders before 5pm, Monday, 2/15
Farmers will deliver products from Tuesday, 2/16 until Thursday, 2/18, 3pm
Be sure to read over our Grower profiles, as some of our Farms may have minimum delivery amounts or days they cannot deliver.
The mission of the Ozark Farm to Chef program is to foster long-term business relationships between local farmers and local restaurants. We aim to: Increase the amount of local food used in local restaurants, grow the market for local foods, increase farm income and increase restaurant income, create healthier menus in local restaurants, raise the visibility to local food in the community, and strengthen the local economy.
